Atlanta Awarded Community Focus Fund Grant with Help from Legacy Fund

Congratulations to the town of Atlanta in northern Hamilton County. Lt. Governor Becky Skillman awarded a Community Focus Fund (CFF) grant to the town last week.

The $600,000 grant will help fund the installation of a storm water system. Legacy Fund partnered by facilitating a fund that the town used as leverage to obtain the grant.

CFF grants are federally funded through the Community Development Block Grant program and are awarded twice a year through a competitive application process.
